Penn State Logo Checks: a prepared design
Checks Unlimited lists Penn State® Logo Checks, product code 895, with one current preview. Choose this product when you want its ready-made school design without uploading an image. It offers singles or duplicates in one-, two- or four-box quantities. The product’s quantity guidance lists 80 checks per box for either format.
A Penn State fabric checkbook cover, white labels and a register are separate selections. The retailer’s live preview shows the design you’ll receive; the GBC examples further down are earlier designs.
Photo Checks – 1 Photo: use your own picture
The separate photo product is for a customer-supplied image. Start with a clear landscape photo you took and are permitted to reproduce, then follow the retailer’s current image rules. Keep large logos out of the frame, since the printer won’t reproduce trademarked marks.
Use your own photo rather than images from a web search, school logos or the pictures on this page. Checks Unlimited’s published guidance lists JPG or BMP images at least 432 × 198 pixels; prepare the crop and follow any additional current uploader requirements.

Four boxes of singles work out to about $20.45 a box, 23% less than buying one box at a time. Standard shipping can take up to 15 business days and trackable shipping 7 to 11. In-Plant Rush only speeds up printing: the order is ready to ship within 2 business days after it is verified.
Before you submit your order
- Choose the right product and format. Use the logo listing for its prepared artwork, or the photo product for your own picture. Select singles or duplicates and confirm the quantity. The retailer’s FAQ says orders are for U.S. residents.
- Review personalization. Enter bank and account information only on the retailer’s ordering pages. Check your details against your bank’s records and review the proof; for photo checks, inspect the crop and writing area.
- Compare the complete total. Check current offer eligibility, shipping, applicable tax, rush service, labels, cover and register. The product permits one offer code per order. A displayed check price is not necessarily the final delivered total.
- Review paid protection. Checks Unlimited says SentryShield is added at extra cost and can be removed in the cart. Keep or remove it deliberately before paying. Confirm the selected delivery timing after verification; faster printing is not the same as faster shipping.

Will my bank accept the checks?
Your printed details must match your bank’s records. They’re standard personal checks with your routing and account numbers. Checks Unlimited verifies your bank details before printing.
