What Angel Faces checks look like
Checks Unlimited says artist Valerie Tabor Smith captures the innocence of youth in its Angel Faces checks, and names the four images: Daydreamer, Starry Night, Heavenly Angel and Angel Tea Party. Each one is a soft-focus painting of young children dressed as angels, framed by a soft purple border dotted with small stars:
- A curly-haired girl in a crown of pink roses, with small white wings, resting her chin in her hands. This is Daydreamer, the image on the matching cover.
- A child with golden wings and blue eyes, resting her chin on folded arms.
- A child asleep on a cloud of pink fabric under large white wings and a starry blue sky.
- Three little angels in white, two of them in flower crowns, sharing tea and treats around a small table: the Angel Tea Party.
The faces sit in the middle and right of each check, with a pale wash behind the payee line and the amount box so the writing stays readable. Checks Unlimited files the design under Religious checks, but the art has no verse or cross on it. These are standard top-tear personal checks with your bank details in the MICR line, so they work with any U.S. checking account. The product code is 336.

The page says to enter the code to apply these offers to any of its check designs. Our Checks Unlimited guide explains which one saves more on your order.

Angelic Babies and Rainbow Angels
Our older Angelic Babies and Rainbow Angels pages show two designs sold by Carousel Checks. Carousel’s website answered with a server error (HTTP 500) every time we checked on October 21, 2026, so those designs were not available to order there that day. Angel Faces is the angel design you can order from Checks Unlimited now.
If none of the ready-made designs fits, Checks Unlimited photo checks print one photo you upload on every check, such as a picture of a child in a costume or a favorite angel figurine. Our photo checks guide covers the image rules.
How to order angel checks
- Have a current check from the same account in front of you. The account number, routing number and next check number come from it.
- Pick singles or duplicates and the number of boxes. Each box holds 80 checks.
- Enter your name, address, bank routing number, account number and the starting check number, as the Checks Unlimited how-to-order page asks.
- Add the Angel Faces labels, the Angel Faces cover or a spare register on the same page if you want them.
- Proofread the preview, especially the account number, then pick delivery and pay.
The Checks Unlimited FAQ says the routing number you enter gives the printer all the information it needs about your bank, and that standard printing generally takes 2 to 5 business days. The how-to-order page lists the same fields we did above. Our reorder guide walks through each screen.
Delivery and security
The product page lists printing and standard untrackable delivery at up to 15 business days and printing with standard trackable delivery at 7 to 11 business days, both counted after order verification. In-Plant Rush costs $6.99 and gets the order processed and ready to ship within 2 business days after verification. SentryShield fraud protection is added to every order for an extra charge that you can remove in the cart.
Every design on this page carries the same three security features as the plain Checks Unlimited checks: chemical protection, erasure protection and a microprint signature line. If you mail checks often, our check washing guide explains how to make them harder to alter.
