Horse Play or Scenic Horse?
Horse Play: four photographs, 80 checks per box
Checks Unlimited’s Horse Play Checks, product code 629, shows four horse-photography previews. Both singles and duplicates have 80 checks per box, with one-, two- and four-box choices: 80, 160 or 320 checks. Duplicates provide a carbonless record of the checks you write. Checks Unlimited accepts orders from U.S. residents only.
The product separately offers Horse Play address labels, a tan cover and a register. Review their charges rather than assuming those accessories are included. SentryShield is added at extra cost and can be removed in the cart. In-plant rush is another paid option; faster printing and delivery are separate choices.
Scenic Horse: four farm scenes, 100 checks per box
Carousel’s Scenic Horse Checks, product code ANJ-33, offers a different four-picture horse design. Its singles and duplicates each contain 100 checks per box. One, two or four boxes therefore provide 100, 200 or 400 checks.
The current included-items table lists eight deposit tickets and one transaction register for singles, or ten deposit tickets and one register for duplicates. EZShield protection and a personal-check storage box are separate paid options. The storage box was preselected when checked, so review both the selection and quantity.
Compare the same purchase, not just the box label
Two boxes means 160 checks for Horse Play and 200 for Scenic Horse. Compare the delivered total for the format and quantity you actually need, including selected extras. Dividing that total by the check count can help compare cost per check; neither product is declared the cheapest here.
Also compare the live artwork at a readable size. Look for a horse scene you like without losing sight of the payee, amount and signature areas. Earlier pictures farther down this page do not determine the artwork in either retailer’s current order.
Want your own horse on your checks?
A prepared horse design and a custom-photo order are different products. Start with the photo-check buying guide if the important part is a particular horse, a favorite riding photo or a picture from your own stable.
Use an image you have permission to reproduce and follow the selected printer’s current file and crop requirements. A photo of your horse is not automatically an approved upload, and the photographs on this guide are not supplied as printing files. Review the crop so the horse remains recognizable alongside the required check fields; acceptance is determined by the printer.
Before placing either order
- Confirm the artwork and count. Check the product name, current preview, singles or duplicates, and the number of checks rather than relying on an old illustration or box count.
- Review the complete total. Check offer eligibility, shipping, handling, applicable tax and every extra. Checks Unlimited permits one offer code per order; do not assume a code works at both retailers.
- Check bank details and proof. Enter account information only in the retailer’s ordering flow. Match your bank’s records, check the starting number and inspect the proof. Confirm any uncertain account or format requirement with your bank.
- Allow for verification and delivery. Read the timing for the selected order and service. Paid protection is optional and is not a guarantee that fraud cannot happen.

Can I order the exact horse pictures shown below?
The earlier GBC images are retained for reference. Horse Play and Scenic Horse each have their own live previews. Compare those previews before buying; this guide does not send its images to either printer.
Do both retailers include a register?
Scenic Horse’s current included-items table lists one. Horse Play offers a register as a separate paid selection. A storage box, cover and address labels are different accessories, so review them individually.
Which product should I choose for my own horse photo?
Neither of these ready-made listings is the custom-photo product. Use the separate photo-check guide and choose an eligible image for that printer’s upload process.
