The site footer says it is operated by a third party, not by Costco, and the copyright line names Harland Clarke Check Printing. The Costco Checks FAQ gives the phone line, (855) 556-5283. The business view-all page lists proprietor checks, general purpose and dual purpose 3-to-a-page checks, itemized invoice checks that pay up to 7 or 10 invoices, hourly and salaried payroll checks, and continuous A/P and payroll checks. Product pages offer no logo, a stock logo or a custom logo.
Manual business checks
The Costco Checks home page lists the General Purpose Business Check (item B-02) from $33.32, the Dual Purpose Business Check (B-41) from $27.56 and the Proprietor Check from $19.44. General purpose checks are 3-to-a-page and fit a 7-ring business check binder. The product pages open on duplicate (2-part) checks:

Costco’s high security business checks have over 30 security features, including visible and invisible fluorescent fibers, heat-sensitive ink, holograms and watermarks. The High Security Laser Multi-Purpose Check Top (SL-MP12) costs $163.69 for 400 or $214.49 for 800, and High Security Manual Business Checks cost $172.89 for 480 duplicates.
