The Walmart Business Checks home page says it offers laser computer checks that are compatible with popular accounting software, manual checks for check writing on the go, and accessories such as ink stamps, deposit supplies, business envelopes and tax forms. - Desk check: three on a page for a 6-ring binder, 6 x 2 3/4 inches detached, with 18 deposit tickets for every 240 checks. Duplicates come with a clear vinyl writing flap.
- Hourly payroll check: pre-printed deduction captions for FICA, Federal, State and City withholding tax, plus an extra line for other deductions.

Laser checks for QuickBooks
The Laser Voucher, Check on Top is a 3-panel sheet with the check on top and blank middle and bottom voucher panels. Walmart lists it as compatible with Quicken, QuickBooks, Xero and NetSuite. The Check in Middle voucher lists Sage, Microsoft Dynamics and other accounting software, and the laser 3-to-a-page check puts three checks on each sheet. All three cost the same:

Walmart’s High Security Laser Voucher Check on Top has over 30 security features, from visible and invisible fluorescent fibers to heat-sensitive ink, holograms and watermarks. It costs $174.15 for 200, $209.53 for 400 or $277.58 for 800. The High Security General Purpose 3-to-a-page check costs $75.29 for 240 singles or $128.37 for 240 duplicates.

How to order
- Keep a current check from the account at hand. Walmart asks for an existing check, not a deposit slip, and the information must match what your bank has on file.
- Choose manual, computer or high security checks, then a style, singles or duplicates, and a quantity.
- Personalize the business name, address and starting number. Laser checks take a stock logo and a message over the signature line.
- Pay by credit card. The FAQ says Walmart accepts major cards and cannot debit your checking account.
- For a repeat order with no changes, use the Quick Reorder link on the Walmart Business Checks site.
At Checks Unlimited, start from the computer checks page or the 3-on-a-page checks page. Its business FAQ also asks for a current check and says the account information MUST match your bank’s records.
Delivery and support
The Walmart Business Checks FAQ says you should receive your order within 12 business days after your completed order is received, with expedited delivery as an option. It cannot ship to a Walmart store for pickup, and it prints checks only for banks in the United States. Phone support is at 800-238-6349, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm Central.
