What 3 per page means
A 3 per page business check sheet, also sold as 3-on-a-page or 3 to a page, holds three checks stacked on one page. On the Checks Unlimited General Purpose version each check is 8-1/4 x 3 inches and the whole sheet is 12-15/16 x 9 inches. Each check has its own stub, so when you tear a check out the record stays in the binder. These are manual checks: you write them by hand.

General purpose, voucher or payroll
Checks Unlimited’s 3-on-a-page business checks range has four layouts on the same 7-ring sheet:
- General Purpose: single-stub checks, 8-1/4 x 3 inches. Add a symbol, custom lettering or a monogram. 13 styles, from Blue Safety and Goldenrod to Marbled Fan and two High Security Premium sheets.
- Voucher: for paying invoices with discount calculations, in three formats: V1 General Disbursement (10 lines for organizing invoices, no discount calculations), V2 Discounts/Deductions (5 lines) and V3 Unlined Discount Calculations. Blue Safety or Executive Gray.
- Payroll General Purpose: double-stub checks, 7-1/4 x 3 inches, with pre-printed captions for U.S. Income Tax, Social Security Tax, Medicare Tax and State Income Tax, plus 2 extra lines for your own deduction headings.
- Payroll Salaried/Hourly: a breakdown of earnings and deductions with the same four tax captions plus 7 lines for extra captions such as Bonus, Commission, Garnishment, Pension or Union Dues.

The per-check price falls from about 17 cents at 300 to about 9 cents at 4,800 one-part. Duplicates, which add a carbonless copy of every check, cost about 80% more than one-part at 300 and about 50% more at 600. High security 3-on-a-page checks
The High Security 3-on-a-Page checks add a reflective hologram, hot stamped into the check stock, that cannot be photocopied or removed. Other features include a padlock icon, heat-sensitive ink, chemically sensitive paper, microprint that breaks up if scanned and a high resolution warning band. Two styles: Premium Classic Blue and Premium Parchment. Prices:

The 7-ring binder and deposit slips
Checks Unlimited says its 3-on-a-page checks are designed to fit a 7-ring binder only. Its Black Leather 7-Ring Binder costs $42.34 and measures 14-1/2 x 9-3/4 x 1-3/4 inches; burgundy leather and black, navy or burgundy vinyl are also listed. Matching 3-on-a-Page Deposit Slips fit the same binder and cost $31.53 for 300 one-part, with 21 lines for entries.

How to order and delivery
- Pick the layout (General Purpose, Voucher or one of the payroll formats) and the style.
- Choose the quantity and one-part or duplicate. For payroll, pick the extra captions you want printed.
- Enter the business name, address, routing number, account number and starting check number exactly as your bank has them. Use a current check, not a deposit slip, as the reference.
- Add the 7-ring binder and 3-on-a-page deposit slips if you need them, then choose delivery.
