Holiday shopping for checks?
Checks Unlimited doesn’t have a dedicated Christmas collection right now, but it has more than 200 personal check designs, including winter and faith themes. Order early, because delivery takes time in December. For a snowman design to use all season, see our winter checks guide.

Four Christmas check designs you can still order this season, with current prices
Carousel Checks keeps dozens of Christmas designs in its XMS line, and the ones below were in stock when we looked on Oct 28, 2026. Rather than list them all, we picked four that cover the main styles people ask us about: an elegant gold look, a modern metallic look, an old-fashioned Santa and a homemade, kitchen-table feel.
Golden Simplicity (XMS-25) shows gold ornaments hanging on pine against a deep gold background, so it looks dressy without being loud. Metallic Silver Stars (XMS-26) features silver stars and suits anyone who wants a festive check that still looks businesslike. Vintage Christmas Sleigh Ride (XMS-34) has Santa driving a horse-drawn sleigh in a painted, antique style, and Christmas Cookies (XMS-40) shows homemade Christmas cookies on white.

When to order Christmas checks
Mail and printing volume climbs every December, so ordering in early November gives you the best chance of having new checks before holiday bills and gift checks go out. If you only want the design for a few weeks, one box is enough; if you write checks often, the four-box price is the better deal and the extra boxes simply carry you into spring.
Every design here prints your bank’s routing number and your account number in magnetic ink at the bottom, exactly like checks ordered through a bank, so a holiday design does not change how deposits or bill payments clear. For more seasonal choices, see our Santa’s on the Way, reindeer and winter checks pages.
What Christmas checks cost right now
| Option | Checks per box | 1 box singles | 2 boxes singles | 4 boxes singles | 1 box duplicates | Per check (4 boxes singles) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Carousel XMS-25, XMS-26, XMS-34 or XMS-40 | 100 | $25.50 | $46.00 | $92.50 | $28.50 | 23.1¢ |
All four designs share one price list at Carousel: $25.50 for a box of 100 singles, $46.00 for two boxes, and $92.50 for four boxes, which works out to about 23.1¢ per check. Duplicates, which leave a carbon copy behind each check, are $28.50 for one box. That four-box rate is the cheapest per-check price we found for these designs.
Christmas checks: common questions
Can I order just one box of Christmas checks?
Yes. One box of 100 singles is $25.50, and you can switch back to an everyday design on your next order. The Golden Simplicity listing shows the single-box option.
Will my bank accept a Christmas design?
Yes. Banks process the printed account and routing numbers, not the artwork, so a seasonal check clears the same way as a plain one.
Is there a non-religious Christmas check?
The cookie, star and sleigh designs are all secular. For a nativity scene, see our religious checks page.
