Creature Feature checks by David Dunleavy (DUN-07): sharks and a sea turtle
Creature Feature is the boldest of David Dunleavy’s Carousel Checks sets, listed as DUN-07. Viewed from the sea floor, four sharks and a sea turtle cut across the light above them, giving the checks a sense of depth. Labels (LBDUN-07) carry the same art.
For a gentler Dunleavy scene, Turtles (DUN-01) and Manatee’s (DUN-04) stay in calm shallows. Whales and Lighthouse (DUN-03) moves to the coast, with humpbacks and a lighthouse.
Creature Feature by David Dunleavy (Carousel Checks, DUN-07). Sharks and a turtle seen from the sea floor.
Turtles by David Dunleavy (Carousel Checks, DUN-01). Quieter turtle-and-coral paintings.
Whales and Lighthouse by David Dunleavy (Carousel Checks, DUN-03). Whales plus a lighthouse coast.
Creature Feature labels:
For shark fans and divers
The sea-floor angle should appeal to scuba divers and shark fans. The Turtles and Ocean pages cover Dunleavy’s other reef designs.
Shark art is a strong statement, so this set fits people who want their checks noticed. If you write checks to family members who might prefer something gentler, keep a box of the Turtles set too. All Dunleavy designs come in singles or duplicates, and four-box orders give the lowest price per check. Labels can be added in the same order, so your envelopes carry the same ocean scene as the checks.
