Carousel Checks still prints its Pink Ribbon design (CHA-01) in three bindings: the standard top-tear personal check, a side-tear version for slim wallets, and a top stub version (TSCHA-01). The top stub layout puts a small record strip above every check, so you can note the date, payee and amount on the stub that stays in the pad after you tear the check off.
That stub is the main reason people search for this format. It gives you a paper record without paying for carbonless duplicates, and it keeps the record attached to the book rather than in a separate register. The tradeoff is that the stub book is taller than a regular checkbook, so most standard covers will not close over it.
