A personal campus memory or your own game-day photo can give a checkbook meaning without crowding the writing area. For a blue-and-gold look, choose a clear image with lighter open space around the subject. Deep blue across every field can make the preview harder to read.

  • Start with your own horizontal original, rather than a screenshot of a sample check.
  • Keep the important part of the photo away from the edges so cropping does not cut it off.
  • Inspect the image behind the printed fields. Follow the printer’s image rules and use a file you have permission to reproduce.

Compare formats and order choices

Photo Checks – 1 Photo uses one uploaded image. The current choices are singles or duplicates, with 80 checks per box and one-, two- or four-box quantities. Duplicates create a carbonless record of each check; choose the format that fits how you keep records.

A register, white address labels and a black standard cover are separately priced options on the product page. SentryShield is added for an extra charge and can be removed in the cart. Questions before ordering

Is a ready-made WVU check currently verified?

We have not verified a current ready-made West Virginia University order page. The earlier images are retained as historical examples. The primary button opens custom photo checks with an image you supply; a Virginia Tech design is a different school’s product.

Can I upload a school logo or an image from this page?

Do not assume either is accepted. Checks Unlimited’s image guidance excludes copyrighted images. Follow its current image guidance and use a suitable file you have the necessary rights to reproduce; this guide does not guarantee printer acceptance.

What file should I use?

The retailer specifies JPG/JPEG or BMP, smaller than 4 MB, with a minimum of 432 × 198 pixels. The minimum is not a preferred print resolution. Use a clear original and inspect the proof before ordering.

Does rush printing include fast delivery?

In-plant rush concerns processing and readiness to ship within two business days after verification. Shipping is separate, so check the current delivery estimate rather than assuming a two-day arrival.
