Bowling checks: the Open Lane set and its labels

The bowling design available today is Open Lane Bowling (SPO-A7) from Carousel Checks. It uses four photographs of the game: polished lanes, pins set up and waiting, and balls on the return. It is a top-tear personal check, 100 to a box, in singles or carbonless duplicates.

Carousel also prints Open Lane address labels with the same art. We did not find a bowling design at Checks Unlimited, and there is no printed bowling cover, so this is a two-piece set. That makes the shopping decision short: the only real choices are singles or duplicates and how many boxes.

For league bowlers and team treasurers

League treasurers who pay lane fees or prize money by check often pick duplicates, because the carbon copy shows exactly what was paid and to whom. If you write only a handful of checks, singles and a register are enough. Other sport designs are on our sports checks page, and basketball fans can see our basketball checks comparison.

Ordering is straightforward. Have a current check or your bank’s routing number and your account number ready, choose the starting check number so it continues from your last book, and decide whether you want your phone number or a second name printed. Carousel shows a proof before you pay, so read every digit of the account line twice. Standard shipping is the slowest option; pay for faster delivery only if you are close to your last check.
