How to reorder checks from Northern Trust
Northern Trust’s Private Passport help pages describe two routes:

- Order Checks message: in the Private Passport secure message center, create an Order Checks message and select the account. Northern Trust says most orders are routed to the vendor Deluxe.
- Reorder Checks link: click Reorder Checks on the Account Services page, in the Banking Summary Quick Links, or in the Account Profile of the account. Select the account and click OK. A window shows your previous orders and current check format.
- Same checks again: click Order This Check in the upper right of that window, then choose shipping and confirm. To change the style or other details, follow steps 1 through 6 on the left side of the window instead.
Checks go to the address in the Account Profile for the account unless you specify another one. Northern Trust charges a fee in some cases, based on the check design, number of boxes and mailing options, and says it contacts you before charging it. To check an order, send a General/Technical Inquiry message or call the Help Center at 888-635-5350, open Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 9 PM CST and Saturday to Sunday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST.
