How do I order checks from Citizens Bank?
In the Citizens mobile app, select your account, tap Show account info, then New checks. In online banking, open the account and choose Order New Checks under Account Services. You can also order at a branch, or directly from Deluxe, Citizens’ check provider, online or at 1-866-322-1350.
Can I order Citizens Bank checks from another check company?
Yes. Any U.S. check printer, such as Checks Unlimited or Carousel Checks, can print checks for a Citizens checking account using your routing number, account number and starting check number. Where do I find my Citizens Bank routing number?
In online or mobile banking, select the account and open Account Details to see your routing and account numbers. On a paper check, the routing number is the 9-digit number at the bottom left.
How do I change the name or address on my Citizens checks?
